To make matters worse, they realize that the planet is infested with vicious creatures that only come out at night and hunt by sound.


The survivors have to rely on Riddick's night vision and skills to find a way to escape the planet before they are devoured by the monsters. Along the way, they face conflicts among themselves, secrets are revealed, alliances are formed and broken, and sacrifices are made.
